Arthur Mossa, Concorde’s new Managing Partner, outlines the firm’s approach to stimulating long-term growth in the region. In this interview, he shares his vision for regional leadership and innovative, high-impact projects.
My vision for Concorde is to become a leading consulting firm driving sustainable development across Cambodia and the Mekong region. We are building a firm rooted in local expertise—with Cambodian professionals trained to lead high-impact projects tailored to the country's real needs. Our ambition is not just to work in Cambodia but to work with Cambodia, helping promote stability, innovation, and long-term growth. As four partners with diverse yet complementary skill sets, we're uniquely positioned to deliver 360-degree solutions across industries and tackle national and regional challenges with the depth and agility they require.
Across Africa, I led innovation and incubation programs in Côte d'Ivoire and Madagascar, working closely with universities and public agencies to empower engineering and business students to co-develop solutions for real-world partners. These experiences, combined with my background in private sector consulting, have shaped my belief that meaningful impact comes from aligning business strategy with social and environmental value. At Concorde, I intend to bring this global, field-tested perspective to foster sustainable entrepreneurship, strengthen innovation ecosystems, and build strategic partnerships that reflect both local realities and international best practices.
As a long-time advocate and trainer in Design Thinking and Lean Startup, I believe these methodologies are essential for delivering real impact. At Concorde, we don't just consult—we co-design. We work closely with clients to identify real problems and validate solutions early through experimentation and user testing. Our approach is entrepreneurial: we prototype, test, and refine until we're confident the solution is both desirable and viable. This ensures what we deliver is not only innovative but also actionable, sustainable, and grounded in reality.
Cambodia has always held a special place in my heart. I grew up hearing stories about the country through my aunt, who worked there, and I've visited many times out of curiosity and admiration. Today, I'm deeply proud to contribute to Cambodia —not as a visitor but as a committed actor. Alongside three incredible partners, I'm excited to build a company that empowers local talent, delivers high-impact solutions, and becomes a regional leader— working for Cambodians, with Cambodians, to shape a better future.
