Confluences - Partner Of Brittany For The Cambodian Market

October 31, 2023
Our CEO with the delegations from Brittany

In October, our management team met with a delegation from Brittany, which is one of France's biggest provinces for export markets. The delegation to Cambodia was led by Mr. Christian TROADEC, vice-president of the province, along with Mr. Jacques LE VAGUERESSE, the Director of European & International Affairs, and Mr. Yann RIVALLAIN, the Bretons of the World Project Manager. It was a great opportunity for Confluences to present its past and present work with companies from Brittany and to discuss the possibility of bringing a Breton business delegation to Cambodia.

Since 2016, Confluences has been the referenced partner of Bretagne Commerce International (BCI), and therefore of Brittany, for the Cambodian market. We have worked with, and are working with dozens of Breton companies. These include well-known entities such as Jean Hénaff, Lactalis, and Laïta, as well as others.

An already large portfolio of Breton food and beverage products are available in Cambodia, but more can be done. Beyond food; we look forward to working with a diverse range of companies from the region in the future.

As a result of this relationship, and also as an acknowledgment for his community work, our CEO Soreasmey KE BIN has been officially appointed ambassador for overseas Bretons by the Brittany regional authorities.

If you are a company from Brittany and have an interest in the Cambodian market, please contact Ms. Dara N. VAN via mobile at +855 (0) 93 296 264 or email at dara.n.van@confluences.asia
