Commenting on their strategic ambitions and the partnership with Confluences, Souliyo Vongdala and Phonepasong Mixab, LOCA’s Co-Founders indicated:

“Cambodia is a country that particularly welcomes eco-friendly, sustainable and innovative products and services. With the Government supporting such developments, a surging urban population with growing revenues and an increasing green consciousness, a significant mobile penetration, and the advent of a cashless society, the Khmer market presents tremendous opportunities. At LOCA, sustainability, product quality, innovation and convenience with great customer service have always been the key pillars of our development. We believe that our innovative products and environmentally friendly mobility and payment services will meet the needs of Cambodians and we look forward to contributing to the development of the country in the same way we did for Laos." Souliyo Vongdala, LOCA CEO and Co-Founder

"We are pleased to partner with Confluences to enter the Cambodian market. Confluences has been successfully advising entrepreneurs, reputed local and international corporations with their development in Cambodia, and their values are in line with ours at LOCA.  Expanding the market to Cambodia is definitely about winning customer’s hearts. We believe this partnership will set a solid footprint for us in Cambodia, and even further a field." Phonepasong Mixab, LOCA’s Co-CEO & Co-Founder
