The past month has been decisive for this project as we finally processed the registration of the Cambodian entity under the name "Immersive Angkor Legacy Co., Ltd". We already have a regional entity based in Hong Kong under the name "The Heritage Immersive Collection" (THIC). Both companies are joint ventures between three companies; Confluences Ventures, Iconem (the specialist in heritage immersive experiences), and Tandem Partners (Hong Kong-based venture building firm).
Tandem Partners CEO and THIC CEO Mr. Geoffroy Ladet visited us for a few days to join Confluences management and our team. It was also an opportunity for Confluences CEO Mr. Soreasmey and Mr Ladet to visit Siem Reap once again and meet with the local stakeholders to discuss the project’s advancement - the next steps will be announced very shortly.
