Monsieur Wine & Beyond is a wine concept consisting of a store, a large showroom, a tasting room, and it can be hired for private or professional events. The concept was launched in 2022, and our Access and Operations teams worked on developing the project since its inception in 2021. We assisted the founders with a market and feasibility study, accompanying the design and construction process, and were involved in the first few months of operations.
From consultant to partners, Confluences Ventures now holds a 10% share of PWE.ASIA.,LTD - the holding company which owns Monsieur and future projects in Cambodia and other Asian countries. Monsieur is the latest addition to Confluences growing portfolio of investments and interests, and matches our strategy to develop business trade between Cambodia and Europe, but also to develop impactful and outstanding projects in the Kingdom.
Even though a wine operation is not new in the country, we believe that Monsieur with its unique concept and decor, was a needed addition to the local food and beverage scene. It seems that we are not the only ones who thought this, as Monsieur was listed in the Top 30 Best Bars In Cambodia, and awarded as the Bar People's Choice for 2023.
