New Projects : Infinity Growth, Poralu Marine, YCPS - Pioneering Cambodia's Market Landscape

March 4, 2024

As 2024 increasingly becomes more productive for Confluences, and the Cambodian market is opening up more to new investment for business and economic development, our Confluences Access team has been active in delivering great service to our clients and partners for projects that are mostly new to the Kingdom.

Successful Prospection Mission for Infinity Growth

In February, our Access team successfully conducted a prospecting mission for our partner Infinity Growth in their efforts to enter the Cambodian market with their consulting services. The team acted as the local representative to conduct market studies, and thus far, has facilitated several B2B meetings with potential leads in the Kingdom.

This ongoing partnership, which started in December 2023, will also serve as a pathway for Infinity Growth to consider establishing their own office here in Cambodia in order to expand their visibility and enhance their operation with their clients. In the meantime, our team, notably Ms. Borarangsey, will be following up with them to generate more potential leads.

Infinity Growth is a well-known sales consulting company that excels in linking planning with hands-on implementation, across different business sectors. Their services include developing sales strategies, assessing performance, improving skills, providing coaching, and conducting workshops.

Confluences is proud to support them,  and the Cambodian market needs their premium consulting services that assist local and other foreign companies in the Kingdom to boost overall sales performances and other operational deliverables.

Assisting Poralu Marine In Entering The Cambodian Market

After procuring a deal with Poralu Marine, a leader in the construction and consulting of marinas during our CEO Mr. Soreasmey KE BIN’s last visit to France in January 2024, our Access team were delighted to meet with Mr. Ekrem REYHANCIOGLU, the APAC Director of Poralu, this past month.

We are acting as the local representatives and have successfully delivered numerous market studies on the demands and overall strategy of potential marina establishments in Cambodia. We also accompanied Poralu Marine on some concerted business meetings and prospecting with potential developers and architecture firms to discuss the goals of the firm. The team from Poralu will visit again in March for further meetings and missions with the local and international entities here in Cambodia.

Poralu Marine is also developing a new optimistic project called The Waterfront Development, which will build environmentally friendly urban spaces on the water. This project aims to tackle the current climate crisis including land scarcity and rising sea level worldwide. With them advancing the creation of marinas and their contribution to a more sustainable business operation, we see it as a great way to promote responsible business practices.

Supporting YCPS Interest In Industrial Automation

Following a month of collaboration, our team concluded the initial part of our work with YCPS, an Asia-focused strategic advisory that focuses on defining new business models and helping clients drive their business growth through strategic solutions in industries including aerospace and defense, automotive and mobility, construction, and infrastructure as well as other sectors. They have 18 offices across Asia, North America, and Europe.

The team were able to reach out to local and international industrial experts across the country and delivered intensive meetings for YCPS to understand the demand for industrial automation to industries, such as automotive and tyres, power and infrastructure, oil and gas, metal and mining, garments, EEE electronic and electrical equipment in Cambodia.

Though most of the mission was done online, the team also successfully completed visits to factories and automobile showrooms in Phnom Penh and conducted physical interviews with them.

This is not the first time that Confluences has worked with YCPS. We have also assisted them in a project that focused on delivering LPG and laundry projects into the Cambodian market and understanding the demands for them.
