Soreasmey Ke Bin - CEO in Siem Reap for the Mebon temple restoration project

Our Operations Department is currently working in close collaboration with the French Embassy in Cambodia on the restoration project of the Mebon temple in Siem Reap.

Indeed, Confluences has been commissioned by the French Embassy in Cambodia to provide a consultant to the APSARA National Authority, in the capacity of operational site manager.

Located in the center of the Western Baray artificial reservoir dug by man in the 11th century, the Mebon temple itself surrounds an inner basin. This cult building of 100m on a side, which belongs to the famous archaeological park of Angkor (Cambodia), is being restored by Cambodian teams. It is worth noting that Confluences is reunited with its partners from Iconem, who have also been involved in this colossal project for several years now.
