‍Nith & Associates is a law firm specialised in business law and intellectual property. 

 Nith & Associates was founded by Nitikar Nith, Managing Partner of the firm, who is also registered with the Bar of the Kingdom of Cambodia and a partner in the Cambodian office of Tilleke & Gibbins. 

Nith is an elected member of the Board of Directors of the CCIFC, and a member of the Executive Committee and Program Director of Sala Traju, a Cambodian association that promotes legal research, legal education and dissemination of legal knowledge in Cambodia.  

Her firm assists local and international clients in all aspects of business development in Cambodia, with a particular focus on market entry, company formation, licensing, commercial transactions, commercial contracts and litigation, banking and finance, employment, and patents in all industries.  

 Since 2021, with the support of our Operations Department, the company has been hosted on our premises and is part of our resident company community.
