Confluences won this project in December 2019 in partnership with a consulting agency specialising in tourism - Horwath HTL. During this study of more than six months, the teams met the various government agencies in charge of tourism, as well as professionals in the sector, to better understand the challenges of Cambodia’s tourism sector. The study evaluated the challenges before and after the COVID-19 crisis which will allow the Cambodian tourism industry to get off to a great start on the path to recovery.
