Dara specializes in market entry and business development across Southeast Asia. At Confluences, she leads the Market Access team, helping international companies, entrepreneurs and institutions grow in Cambodia and the Mekong region. She oversees market research, sector analysis and business development projects for clients in construction, tourism and hospitality, logistics, healthcare and the environment.

With a Master’s degree in International Management, Dara began her career in luxury retail, hospitality and logistics before moving into consulting. Her mix of hands-on and advisory experience helps her develop practical strategies grounded in the realities of the region's markets.

Dara is active in the Franco-Cambodian business community. She is serving her second term as Vice-Treasurer on the board of the France-Cambodia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and represents Cambodia at OSCI, the French federation of international development professionals. At Confluences, she enjoys the variety of her work and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in Cambodia. A thoughtful listener and problem-solver, she shares her experience and encourages professional growth within her team.

Outside work, Dara enjoys padel, hiking, cycling and going to the gym. She’ll try almost any sport, just don’t ask her to go running. She’s still waiting for someone to explain why people run when there’s no bus to catch.
