Théophile BAILLY joins us from Paris as our Ventures Project Coordinator intern, and the passionate cinephile and rugby fan is looking forward to working on multiple concurrent projects in a new country and environment.

Although he might not find the surf that he's after in Cambodia, he will be exploring the country and his career opportunities with us as he looks to make the best possible use of his Master's Degree from EM Lyon Business School.

Theophile is keen to get his hands on big projects and learn from the team at Confluence. With an open-minded attitude, he hopes his ability to quickly pick up new skills will see him being an asset (we are sure he will be).

We look forward to him educating us on French rap and literature, which are personal favourites of his, as well as one-liners from his favourite film (clue - “You talkin’ to me? You talkin’ to me?!”).
