We welcome our Marcom Intern, Virakboth Koy, who is an open-minded & creative dual degree holder of a Bachelor of Science in Business from the American University of Phnom Penh, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, USA!

Even though he is still young in years, Virakboth has already co-founded Xpanz, a social enterprise that addresses the issue of textile waste in Cambodia and has been part of the Erasmus + Exchange Program Alumni (Portugal). This just proves him persevering and open-mind attitude.

Although he admits to striving for perfection, this leads to some impatience which he hopes to address while he works and learns with us. Virakboth says that he loves the ambience and working environment at Confluences and that the team has been helpful and supportive.

When Virakboth is not broadening his marketing expertise with us, he will be cafe-hopping around Phnom Penh, or taking in some art or the latest films (he has an eclectic taste and loves Horror, Romantic Comedies, Mysteries, Thrillers & Dramas), but he also appreciates a balanced lifestyle and liked to keep healthy and fit,

When he’s got his earphones plugged in, you might hear him humming along to RNB and chances are it will be pretty much anything Lana Del Rey, Kali Uchis, SZA, or Keshi!
