Our Operations Department provides a range of essential business solutions and we endeavor to manage our clients’ operations across institutional,legal, and tax requirements.

These solutions include but are not limited to; hosting &incubation, Employer of Record (EoR) services, HR solutions, secretarial services, annual financial accounting, logistics & transportation, customs clearance, company registration, billing service solutions, as well as other services depending on our client’s needs.

Located at a modern 900 sqm business center in Phnom Penh, we offer private offices, open working space, and a vibrant working environment with a diverse mix of Cambodian and international businesses.

To assist our development and reach our goals, Confluences Operations is actively looking for an eager and ambitious Admin Officer to join our team.

DUTIES:

As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for filling and processing internal documentation and administrative coordination across the departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain proper filing of departmental administrative documents.
  • Ensure complete, timely consolidation and communication of the company's business travel documents.
  • Manage office facilities, stationery, and other building management.
  • Assist in the CEO’s business trip arrangements, scheduling, and paperwork.
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned by the relevant Line Managers.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Khmer, a good command of English is required, French would be a great plus.
  • Personality: integrity, respect, and sense of responsibility, organized, highly reactive & adaptable, committed, result-oriented, and of good spirit.
