Access department assists diverse clients with market entry, company setup, market identification, development aid, business development, import-export optimization, and sales channel optimization.

Operations department offers essential business solutions including but not limited to hosting & incubation, HR services, accounting, logistics, and more. We cater to our clients' needs across different areas such as institutional, legal, and tax requirements. We also offer private offices, open working space, and a dynamic environment with local and international businesses.

Trading department sources European industrial /construction equipment and solutions for the local market, partners with global leaders like Gerflor / Clestra Hauserman / Shades Asia / Romus /Gradus, and ensures high-quality products and materials for professionals in Cambodia.

Ventures department initiates projects in Cambodia, and ASEAN, supports high-potential companies' growth hacking plans, adds value through strategic partnerships, co-investing, operational support, consulting,and post-investment exit strategies.

Following rapid development in Phnom Penh, we are seeking to expand our operations and offices in Siem Reap. Hence, we are now looking for talented individuals to lead our local developments as a Branch Manager.

DUTIES:

‍

As a Branch Manager, you will workunder Operations department and oversee Confluences's deployment in Siem Reap, including office setup, future team recruitment, client and partner management, and project developments. He or she will also act as the company's representative in the ecoystem and business community along with local authorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

‍

• Allocate and autonomously direct all branch’s operations.
• Lead the company’s ongoing and new projects in Siem Reap.
• Manage the company’s services (office rental service, and retails).
• Support employee recruitment, supervision, and training.
• Collaborate closely with the relevant authorities and ministries on the related project(s) if required.
• Maintain communication and submit monthly reports to the Head Office.

QUALIFICATION:

‍

• Minimum of 3 or 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or similar roles.
• Previous experience in construction and/or retail projects is a great plus.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Having own vehicle is advantageous and a valid driving license.
• Having computer skills literacy, Email, and MS Office applications.
• Proficiency in Khmer, good command of English is required, French would be a great plus.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Personality: integrity, respect, and sense of responsibility, excellent social skills, organized, highly reactive & adaptable, committed, result-oriented, and of good spirit.
