Our Operations Department provides a range of essential business solutions and we endeavor to manage our clients’ operations across institutional, legal, and tax requirements.

‍

These solutions include but are not limited to; hosting & incubation, Employer of Record (EoR) services, HR solutions, secretarial services, annual financial accounting, logistics & transportation, customs clearance, company registration, billing service solutions, as well as other services depending on our client’s needs.

Located at a modern 900 sqm business center in Phnom Penh, we offer private offices, open working space, and a vibrant working environment with a diverse mix of Cambodian and international businesses.

To assist our development and reach our goals, Confluences Operations is actively looking for an eager and ambitious IT Support Officer to join our team.

‍

DUTIES:‍

An IT Support Officer will work under the Operations team, and you will configure the company’s hardware and software system; install, and maintain IT appliances (laptop, computer, printer, etc.). Also, you will assist in finding the best IT appliances suppliers for internal use, manage the company’s server (database and email), and other relative duties assigned by the Management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install and configure the company’s hardware and software systems.
• Maintenance of the company’s pc, laptop, and other IT appliances.
• Troubleshoot system & IT technical network problems.
• Maintenance of share printer, internet security, email, IT electrical tools, and CCTV.  
• Other tasks assigned by the Management Team.

QUALIFICATION:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Sciences, or related fields.
• Proven experience of a minimum of 1 year in IT support or related positions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.  
• Have a basic knowledge of Internet Configuration, Software installation, Hardware setup, and Windows Server (IP, VPN).
• Proficiency in Khmer, good command of English is required, French would be a great plus.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Personality: integrity, respect, and sense of responsibility, organized, highly reactive & adaptable, committed, result-oriented, and of good spirit.
