Our Operations Department provides a range of essential business solutions and we endeavor to manage our clients’ operations across institutional, legal, and tax requirements.

These solutions include but are not limited to; hosting & incubation, Employer of Record (EoR) services, HR solutions, secretarial services, annual financial accounting, logistics & transportation, customs clearance, company registration, billing service solutions, as well as other services depending on our client’s needs.

Located at a modern 900 sqm business center in Phnom Penh, we offer private offices,open working space, and a vibrant working environment with a diverse mix of Cambodian and international businesses.

To assist our development and reach our goals, Confluences Operations is actively looking for an eager and ambitious Marketing and Communication Supervisor/Manager to join our team.

DUTIES:

As a Marketing and Communication Supervisor/Manager, you will respond to the company’s marketing strategies and planning. Also, you will lead the team in creating content on digital/ social media platforms. In addition, you will supervise other internal departments and company ventures on content creation and artwork designing and assist in conducting the team training if required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the marketing strategies and supervise tasks to achieve strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the team on the company’s brand awareness (CSR, internal and external events, Newsletter) and content creativity.
• Supervise the company’s digital marketing tools (LinkedIn,Facebook, Instagram, Website…).
• Support the internal department and company ventures on content creation and artwork designing.
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
• Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
• Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
• Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related fields (for Supervisor).
• Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Business administration, or related fields. (for Manager).
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of work experience (for Supervisor).
• Proficiency in English, Khmer, and French would be a great plus (for Supervisor).
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of work experience (for Manager).
• Proficiency in English and a good command of French and Khmer would be a great plus (for Manager).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good knowledge of Graphic designing tools (Canvas, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Lightroom), and Video editing tools.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to plan and manage resources.
• Ability to deliver presentations.
• Personality: integrity, respect, and sense of responsibility, organized, highly reactive& and adaptable, committed, result-oriented, and of good spirit.
