The Role

MISSION & DUTIES:

The client belongs to an international group with core business in direct relationship with embassies and other public authorities. The main mission of the Operations Supervisor is to plan, organize and control the work of the Cambodian team of the company.  

The Operations Supervisor works in close collaboration with the operations manager of the branch, to ensure the proper execution of the specifications and the expected quality of service.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Supervising all branch daily operations by:

• Defining and applying the staff schedule.
• Transmitting the instructions and requirements of the related authorities and ensuring their application.
• Ensuring the proper application of internal procedures and policies.
• Being in constant support of the team.
• Solving problems independently and ensuring good continuity of operations.

Handling customer complaints and feedback:

• Managing the liaison and relationship with the related authorities when the operation manager is absent.

‍Guaranteeing the performances of the employees by:

• Monitoring and communicating operational key performance indicators.
• Preparing and leading team meetings.
• Guaranteeing the good organization of the teams in order operationally operational efficiency.
• Guaranteeing the satisfaction of applicants and the smooth running of visa application submissions.

Ensuring the well-being of operational teams:

• Reporting to the Operations Manager any issues that may affect employees.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in managing a local team, and admin support.
• Fluent in Khmer, Proficiency in English, and French would be a great plus.
• Competencies: Ability to make operational decisions, Sense of responsibility, Team management and skills development, Serious, Organized, Reactive, and Rigorous.
