Our Operations Department provides a range of essential business solutions and we endeavor to manage our clients’ operations across institutional, legal, and tax requirements.

 

These solutions include but are not limited to; hosting &incubation, Employer of Record (EoR) services, HR solutions, secretarial services, annual financial accounting, logistics & transportation, customs clearance, company registration, billing service solutions, as well as other services depending on our client’s needs.

 

Located at a modern 900 sqm business center in Phnom Penh, we offer private offices, open working space, and a vibrant working environment with a diverse mix of Cambodian and international businesses.

 

To assist our clients’ development and reach their goals, we are actively looking for an eager and ambitious Technical Sales Manager to join our client's team in Cambodia.

DUTIES:

As a Technical Sales Manager, you will implement and develop distribution business strategies, be responsible for setting the annual sales target and budget, and manage technical sales and other staff. The Manager will collaborate closely with clients and suppliers and give the team the necessary training in that regard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ BUSINESS STRATEGY:

  • Team Management & sales development.
  • Determine & follow up sales target.
  • Implement sales actions and schedule.
  • Evaluate technical staff and sales training if requested.
  • Growing and developing relationships with current clients’ accounts.
  • Prepare, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with marketing team.
  • Networking to develop opportunities to catch sales and retrieve customers data.
  • Establish a detailed list of potential customers to visit and follow up in Cambodia.
  • Ensuring company targets are achieved according to company quality & service standards.

+ KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER & PROJECT COORDINATOR

  • Liaise with both suppliers and clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information with the support of the company support departments (logistics, communication etc).
  • Break projects into doable actions and set time frames.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
  • Prepare budget (quotation and transportation cost).
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement).
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
  • Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree of either Business Administration or Engineering related.
  • Minimum of 3 or 4 years of experience in project management or other management positions.
  • Proficiency in English, a good command of French is required, Khmer would be a great plus.
  • Good Knowledge of Ms. Office application and willing to learn construction related software.
  • Have general knowledge or previous experiences from construction field is a plus.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries.
  • Dynamic and ready to take the initiative in a tight schedule.
