DUTIES:

‍

As an Optician, you will be responsible for providing essential assistance to an individual in need of eyewear. You will also carry out eye exams, both objective and subjective methods with an excellent measurements (such as pupillary distance and height). You will also have to enhance the vision and overall well-being of their patients by delivering exceptional eye-care services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

‍

• Endeavor to optimize the sales and to reach the Store’s objectives
• Build and ensure Customer Loyalty, by building excellent customer experience and fostering good client relationship as well as adequate management of complaints
• Understand and satisfy as much as possible the needs of all categories of clients
• Put in place the commercial offers and the advantages of different brands
• Carry out eye exams, both objective and subjective methods
• Take eye measurements (such as pupillary distance and height)
• Ensure the speed and quality of edging & mounting of eye wear as well as after-sales service
• Pay attention to and follow up the break age ratios of the workshop
• Guarantee the maintenance of the machines
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental rules of the Store

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

‍

• Have 3-5 years' experience as an Optician
• Fluent in English both Speaking and Writing
• Being sociable, ambitious, proactive, rigorous, and having good communication skills
• Able to work autonomously while teaming with others
• Being sociable, and having good communication skills
• Have a good fashion sense
• Very good team worker and keen to participate in and improve the process as well as the workflow of the Store
