Created in 2015 in Phnom Penh, Confluences is a consulting company specializing in market entry, namely supporting foreign companies in the Cambodian market, and neighboring markets in the greater Mekong sub-region. Todate, Confluences has 25 employees and has supported more than 200 companies,startups and entrepreneurs in their respective projects, whether it involvesfinding partners, distributors, or suppliers in the target market, setting up asubsidiary, or relocating. a factory or a team, or to create a project from scratch.

Furthermore, Confluences has carried out several consultancy missions for the benefit of several institutions of the Royal Government of Cambodia, and several international donors, and has thus developed real expertise in the engagement and match making of stakeholders, whether government entities or companies or between companies themselves. With this local anchoring, Confluences has become a key player in the Cambodian ecosystem, with a unique capacity to mobilize stakeholders,whether private or public, around major business events, in Cambodia but also abroad through our various missions abroad, and the development of strategic partnerships, we now have a regional and even international scope allowing usto mobilize our teams on overseas commercial development projects.

Confluences is currently seeking high-energy individuals with a take-charge attitude to join our Team as Marketing & Communication Officer. You would be joining other all-star Team Players who come to work every day to make a difference for our clients and our business community.

DUTIES :

‍

As a Marketing & Communication Officer, you will respond to the company's marketing strategies implementing. You will be responsible of our social medias strategy and of our content creation following our brand identity. In addition, you will coordinate with other internal departements and company ventures on gathering informations for our events and marketing contents.

RESPONSIBILITES :

‍

• Implementing our social medias strategy planning
• Creating all the content for our marketing tools
• Animating our different communities by posting on our social medias and moderating the comments
• Follow-up the trends on social medias and explore new opportunities to grow our communities on social medias
• Event supporting for organizing corporate events
• Coordinating with our different departments to gather informations for our marketing tools
• Serve as liaison with external stakeholders (agencies, suppliers etc...)

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS :

‍

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Marketing specialty  
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal  
• Experience in Digital Marketing, Design
• Experience in MS Office applications, Adobe, Social medias
• Proficiency in Photography and video creating and editing
• Proficiency in Khmer, good command of English is required, French would be a great plus
• Proficiency in SEO would be a great plus
