Confluences was honored to be invited to the presidency handover of the Alliance des Patronats Francophones and to attend BIG 2025 business gathering. September was a time for our gratitude, strengthening bond with the Francophone community and work to bring the connections closer to Cambodia.
On September 17, 2025, at the handover of the APF presidency, Confluences CEO Soreasmey KE BIN, in his role as APF Ambassador for Southeast Asia, joined the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce to carry Cambodia’s voice among 31 member countries paying tribute to Geoffroy Roux de BÉZIEUX, welcoming Ahmed CISSE, and coming together with the Francophone business community during this important transition. Besides, there was also an exchange with Jean-Noël BARROT, the Caretaker Minister of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France and Laurent Saint-MARTIN, Caretaker Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade and French Nationals Abroad.
We honored Geoffroy for his leadership and many opportunities that APF has opened for Cambodia as part of the Francophone family. His greatest gift to the network was the initiation of the Rencontre des Entrepreneurs Francophones (REF) that has created stronger economic ties across the Francophone world. And we are excited to see the REF will be in Cambodia next year
