Five months into 2026, Convergences has already delivered several professional development programs for industry’s leaders, including Cambodia Airports, Cambrew, as well as EU-funded ASEAN focused-initiative. The training focused on sharpening internal trainers’ capabilities, especially organizational transformation and driving industry-aligned workforce across Southeast Asia.

On February 27 and March 2, 2026, Convergences held a strategic Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop for Cambodia Airports, a subsidiary of VINCI Airports, gathering 60 internal trainers from the new Techo International Airport (KTI) and Sihanouk International Airport.
The workshop focused on aligning teams for the long-term performance plan in 2026, following a major milestone in Cambodia’s aviation history: the relocation of all operations from Phnom Penh International Airport to the new Techo International Airport (KTI) in September 2025.
The training included change management principles and best practices to equip Cambodia Airports’ internal trainers with the tools to guide their team through this transition while maintaining Cambodia Airports’ high operational standards.
This is the second consecutive year that Convergences has worked with Cambodia Airports in their mission to develop internal talent, following their “Change on the Frontline” training delivered to senior management in 2025.
